Privacy Policy
W skrócie. Zbieramy tylko e-mail, i tylko jeśli sam go wpiszesz. Nie ma reklam, analityki ani ciasteczek. Nie sprzedajemy danych. Chcesz zniknąć z listy? Napisz na hello@vows.link. In short: your email, only if you type it in, never sold. The English text below is the binding version.
Who we are
Patriotic Plus (patriotic.plus) is operated by EnergyX LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 8903 Glades Rd, Ste A8 #4028, Boca Raton, FL 33434. You can reach us at hello@vows.link.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the Drop 001 list, together with the date and time you submitted it. We ask for nothing else: no name, phone number or location.
- Standard server logs. Like any website, our web host automatically records technical data about each visit, such as IP address, time, pages requested and browser type. We use it only to keep the site secure and running.
- An abuse check. When you submit the form, the server briefly notes the time of your request against a one-way hash of your IP address in temporary storage, so one device cannot flood the form. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we do not keep it as a list.
What we do with your email
We use it to tell you when Drop 001 opens and to send news about Patriotic Plus drops. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers. The list is stored in a file on our web hosting account that is not reachable from the internet, and we keep an address until you ask us to remove it or we close the list. If we later add an email delivery service, it will process your address on our behalf, and we will update this page first.
Third parties
This page loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When you open the page, your browser therefore sends your IP address and browser details to Google. We do not control that; see Google's privacy policy. Our web hosting provider also processes server logs on our behalf.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies. The site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels.
Your choices
Email us from the address you signed up with to unsubscribe, to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws.
Children
Patriotic Plus is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to us and we will delete it.
Security
We keep the list in a non-public location and collect as little as possible. No method of storing or transmitting data is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
